    Great service great food great staff. Definitely will be back!!!! Chili's rocks. It's better than the one that burnt down, including the staff!! It's prettier than the old one and much better service. 10/10 would recommend

    Don't even get me started. Well it's a review so here we go.... let's just say -2/10. I am typically a huuuuuge Chili's girl but today they really got me down. I show up in a great mood becuse Chili's is typically fantastic and I'm with a fun group of friends. We order drinks and chips and queso and it's great. Our drinks come and so do the chips but no queso. zero. zilch. AFTER we finish eating the chips we had to ask AGAIN for the queso and for them to bring it out... Then we order food. Literally an hour later they bring it out. Not a fan. Normally Chili's is fast but today they definitely were not on it. The food comes and it's average at the time but as of now it's horrendous!! I am so sick and so are all my friends. If you're looking for terrible service and to feel absolutely horrible, this Chili's is the place to go.

    I love Chili's but won't go back to this one. Went in a few weeks ago and they were very disorganized. Service was slow. I actually had to go the bar to get my beer because the waiter had too many tables and was not paying attention to us. Then when our food came out the chicken was ice cold. I talked to the manager - didn't pay for my food because we didn't eat it - worried about under cooked chicken. We left and went somewhere else.

    I'm excited to have my Chili's back (the old one burnt down due to a roof fire). This location uses the wide-open floor plan and unfortunately is not as private as the older locations. Because of this, i recommend sitting in the bar area --- plus I have found the service to be a bit faster here (especially the drink refills). Service is solid and so is the food.

    Due to the popularity of this location --- i recommend visited slightly later in the evening to avoid wait times (around 7/7:30).

    Have not been at this location. The place is newly built so everything looks new. Same service level as the other locations. The chips and queso is always good. I really like the fajitas selections but today we are getting the Caribbean salad and club sandwich.
